At Lightapalooza, a lighting control trade show, Josh.ai needed a booth that spoke to the event’s lighting focus while still highlighting its smart home capabilities. With a 10x20 ft backdrop and limited space, the challenge was to visually connect with lighting professionals and effectively showcase wall-mounted products like Josh Nano, Micro, and Touchscreen.

I created a booth design inspired by circadian lighting, using ambient gradients and day-to-night transitions to reflect Josh.ai’s intelligent lighting control. To complement the visuals, I designed and, with the help of our head of design, construct custom product mounts that presented the wall-mounted devices in a clean, modern format, allowing attendees to experience the hardware.
